Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled while the campaign is still live. Once the campaign ends and production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Is the payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Absolutely. Fill out the form and our team will get in touch with you shortly.
What happens if the campaign doesn’t hit its target?
No worries — you’ll receive a full refund within 3–5 business days after the campaign ends.
How long does shipping take?
Once the campaign reaches its goal, we’ll produce the items and deliver them to the local brand within 7–10 days.
Can I exchange my item if the size doesn’t fit?
Exchanges may be possible depending on availability, as all items are produced in limited quantities.
