Stay Local — Terms & Conditions Last updated: May 2026
1. General
By accessing or using the Stay Local platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Stay Local is operated by Soho Merch and facilitates limited-run merchandise campaigns for local brands in the UAE.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are pre-orders placed in support of a campaign. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Orders only go into production once a campaign reaches its goal. If a campaign does not reach its goal, you will receive a full refund within 7–14 business days.
3. Returns & Refunds
As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping timelines are provided on each product page and begin from the date production is confirmed. Stay Local is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance. Shipping is available within the UAE; international availability varies by campaign.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, product designs, and campaign content on Stay Local belong to their respective brand owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the platform without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stay Local and Soho Merch are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
